As an alternative to removal; encapsulation or repair may be carried out, we will:

Carry out a risk assessment to identify potential harmful occurrences to employees, contractors and the public or anyone else that may be affected by the said material.

Offer a variant quotation to removal; remedial/repair works may be sufficient in certain instances.

And by doing so we will be more than fulfilling the duties imposed upon the organization, so far as is reasonably practical, by the control of asbestos at work regulations 2006.
